Discover the ongoing projects I am working on, my future plans and the competences I am developing
I created this website in September 2024, and am here writting scientific mediation articles. Via these articles, I aim to make ocean and environmental sciences accessible to as many people as possible, and keep them in a plain language, short and quick to read.
I also work as a freelance for science mediation events, conferences, educational events and workshops for a wide audience.
In parallel, I am developing the idea of a Twitch channel to talk about the ocean science and exchange with the chat, sharing ocean knowledge.
I work as a freelance illustrator (digital and traditional) for scientific illustrations and figures but also for education and teaching supports, scientific mediations projects, (social) media communication and private commissions. Do not hesitate to reach me for any project and question you may have.
› Involved in a scientific drawing project, working on the illustration of an internationnal reference database for the taxonomic identification of planktonic foraminifera (see published encyclopaedia).
For this project I offer my skills as a scientific illustrator and hand-draw several views of every specimen from every species of planktonic foraminifera, composing an encyclopaedia in 3 chapters, the first of which has already been published.
II work closely with the academic research world on marine sciences, oceanography, marine carbon cycle and marine ecosystems, studying plankton and understanding the ecosystems changes with the climate and environmental change.
I am used to work with automated images acquisition (AI), and to analyse the obtained numeric images to identify the organisms on it, their morhometry and size. I obtain big datasets and compare those data with the environmental and marine conditions. I run principal component analysis, time series analysis and statistical analysis using programming language, and identify the ecosystems shifts depending on my observations.

I have been involved in science mediation via my several partivipation to 'Fête de la Science' french national event.
I had the oportunity to talk about Ocean science, presenting marine microfossils and climatic reconstruction to a wide public, ranging from school children to adults from different horizons. It is something I am very interested in, as I like to share knowledge to a broad public.
› Creation of communication media (workshops, posts on networks, new formats for outreach)
› Creation, implementation and running of scientific outreach workshops
› Awareness-raising, teaching, communication and scientific outreach skills
› Reception and management of the public
